Recognized as one of the fastest-growing companies in Tampa Bay eight years in a row and on the Inc. 5000 list of top privately held companies in the country for the last six years, DAS Health is seeking a full-time Account Manager.
This position requires the Jr. Account Manager to be responsible for partnering with the Sr. Account Manager to ensure customer satisfaction. Jr. Account Manager will support Sr. Account Manager by updating client database, identifying product opportunities and client satisfaction. The Jr. Account Manager will advance the DAS Health brand via excellent project management, analysis, and customer relationship skills.
Specific job duties include:
Review outstanding history with clients to determine the most effective areas of focus
Routine check-ins to clients while requesting feedback on areas of satisfaction and improvement (NPS)
Identifying and assist product solutions to assigned accounts
Complete Product Training/Certifications for all necessary products
Assist in creating proposals for Clients based on product needs or opportunities, when necessary
Prioritize client requests and communication/respond in a timely manner
Assist Sr. Account Manager with sending out emails related to special offers, training classes or relevant updates
Assist in maintaining and updated client Salesforce, Account Plans and Dropbox Accounts
Tasks to be assigned by Sr. Account Manager
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with a 3.3 GPA
Exceptional communication (oral & written) skills.
Ability to run and interpret a variety of reports and provide strategic solutions
Flexible and adaptable with regard to learning and understanding new technologies
High energy with strong initiative, accountable, self-directed and organized
Ability to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced environment.
Detailed oriented with professional demeanor.
Ability to deal with stressful situations.
Use, protect and disclose patients’ PHI and e-PHI only in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards
Strong functional analytical skills
Process analytical skills in a medical billing environment
Create well organized, accurate, and concise material/work documentation for organizational use.
Ability to travel overnight (10%)
Healthcare experience preferred but not required
