The ideal candidate combines deep procurement expertise with strong financial acumen, vendor management experience, and a proven ability to lead organizational transformation within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Establish procurement policies, governance frameworks, and operational standards that support transparency, compliance, and accountability.
  • Partner closely with executive leadership, operations teams, finance, and service delivery stakeholders to support business objectives and client commitments.
  • Own procurement-related gross margin performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability across hardware, licensing, and variable billing activities.
  • Develop financial reporting and analytical models that provide visibility into cost of goods sold (COGS), profitability, and purchasing trends.
  • Design and oversee centralized software licensing management practices, including reconciliation of vendor invoices, licensing utilization, and customer billing.
  • Ensure licensing margins are protected and variable billing processes are accurate, auditable, and optimized.
  • Lead end-to-end hardware procurement, inventory management, forecasting, ordering, and fulfillment operations.
  • Implement inventory controls and replenishment strategies that support high-touch, white-glove client service delivery.
  • Serve as the executive relationship owner for key technology, hardware, and licensing vendors.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, renewals, and strategic agreements that support company growth and profitability objectives.
  • Develop vendor performance scorecards and conduct regular business reviews to drive accountability and service excellence.
  • Create data-driven dashboards and reporting that provide visibility into inventory, licensing utilization, vendor performance, margins, and operational KPIs.
  • Explore and implement automation, AI-powered solutions, and process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce operational friction.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing procurement and licensing team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
