The Sales Enablement Manager (FLSA Exempt role) is responsible for supporting the account management and sales teams with the tools, resources and training required to carry out their jobs as effectively and efficiently as possible. The role with collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver enablement programs and materials with the ultimate goal of equipping team members to drive retention and revenue growth and achieve all targets.

Responsibilities:  

  • Define, develop, deliver, and onboarding program for AM and Sales team new hires.
  • Define, develop, and deliver ongoing training for existing AM & Sales team members.
  • Continuously improve onboarding and ongoing training programs and enablement materials to decrease ramp time, increase productivity, and improve the performance of team members toward revenue targets.
  • Develop and manage internal knowledge base to ensure AM and Sales teams can access the right information and assets the moment they need them.
  • Partner with Sales and Account Management leadership to define and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of enablement initiatives.
  • Liaise with product/business unit leaders and marketing to ensure alignment on pricing, (re)contract workflows, SKU review/proposals, and GTM strategies for new initiatives.
  • Lead the recontracting process for all newly acquired clients. Includes identifying clients that need to be contacted, developing process and timeline to execute recontract, and partnering with the necessary internal teams to draft recontract. Supporting the recontract through signature and regularly reporting on progress to goals.
  • Support growth leadership with the creation, maintenance, and reporting of all departmental KPIs including BoD reporting, MBRs, QBRs, etc.
  • Ensure all client contracts are organized and maintained.
  • Support sales and AM teams in the creation and review/approval of COFs.
  • Evaluate and implement improvements within ConnectWise to enhance productivity for the AM and Sales teams.
  • Clearly document, communicate, and train on any workflow changes.
  • Other duties, as required.


Requirements: 

  • A bachelor's degree in business, healthcare technology, healthcare management, healthcare administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 
  • Sales or sales enablement experience is a plus. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with sales enablement and/or marketing is required. 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions and education.
