Business Solutions Product Manager - Remote
The Business Solutions Product Manager (FLSA Exempt role) will promote full and effective use of all product offerings. Acting as the lead internal subject matter expert on all PM, EHR, and EDI solutions, manager is responsible for serving as a brand ambassador to internal and external clients. The ideal Business Solutions Product Manager will be able to demonstrate value to DAS Health internal team and stakeholders, our partners, and clients by understanding and maintaining products for maximum efficiency and profitability by driving growth within each of the defined product areas.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert and point of contact for all matters related to product(s), including EHR Value-Added Reseller (VAR) relationships and direct client base.
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with DAS standards, service level agreements (SLAs), and alignment with client needs, while acting as the primary liaison between vendors and internal teams.
- Responsible for oversight of PL for all Business Solutions products to provide insights and feedback related to revenue, budget, and notable trends.
- Assist in department growth and sales efforts to support revenue enablement within LMS and EDI departments.
- Assist in managing client onboarding, offboarding, and recontracting efforts.
- Develop, document, and maintain department specific standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent and efficient departmental operations, aligning with organizational goals.
- Review and approve financial reports, invoices, and reconciliations to maintain accuracy and transparency.
- Participate in annual budget and forecasting processes.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap outlining features, enhancements, and timelines to meet client and business needs.
- Proactively escalate vendor-related issues that impact customer service levels, ensuring timely resolution.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to monitor product success, address client needs, and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Support third-party companies with client engagement while ensuring alignment with DAS processes and SLAs.
- Lead strategic client conversations to recommend product optimizations, upsell opportunities, and roadmap alignment.
- Consistently demonstrate exceptional customer service and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships as a trusted advisor.
- Support executive leadership with strategic insights into product performance, growth opportunities, and market trends.
- Maintain and understand the product roadmap outlining the features, enhancements, and improvements to be delivered over time.
- Develop pricing strategies and provide financial insights to drive better decision-making around product pricing, cost management, and profitability.
- Monitor competitive market trends to ensure product offerings are aligned with industry standards and customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships as a trusted advisor.
- Ensure third party companies are on track and in line with DAS standards and SLAs.
- Assist third party companies with client interaction and engagement.
- Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings with direct reports.
- Complete quarterly and annual performance reviews for direct team members.

Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or healthcare operations, with a focus on product ordering, cancellations, and lifecycle management.
- Strong understanding of revenue enablement strategies,
- Experience with vendor cost reconciliation, margin analysis, and month-end close processes.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with clients and internal teams effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
- Knowledge of healthcare product regulations and compliance is a plus.
- Exceptional communication (oral & written) skills.
- Practical experience working with various levels of management.
- Ability to analyze complex business and technology issues while understanding a prospective client’s solution requirements.
- High energy with strong initiative, unquestionable reliability, and follow-through, self-directed and organized.
