About DAS Health
DAS Health is a leading provider of healthcare IT and managed services solutions, empowering enterprise organizations to achieve operational efficiency, compliance, and growth. We’re looking for a results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic team and drive new business within the enterprise healthcare market.

We’re seeking a driven Account Executive to accelerate growth by building relationships and closing new business with enterprise-level clients. In this role, you’ll combine consultative sales expertise with technical acumen to prospect, convert inbound leads, and manage the full sales cycle—from discovery to contract execution. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact throughout the sales process, leveraging your professional network, CRM tools, and strong negotiation skills to meet revenue goals. Success in this position requires the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, anticipate client needs, and deliver innovative solutions that drive long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive Revenue Growth – Meet and exceed sales targets through prospecting, inbound lead conversion, and strategic enterprise client acquisition.
  • Manage the Sales Cycle – Own the process from qualification to close, collaborating with internal teams and ensuring successful contract execution.
  • Build Strategic Relationships – Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Consultative Selling – Lead discovery sessions, craft tailored solutions, and deliver compelling value-added proposals.
  • Market & Industry Expertise – Stay current on healthcare technology trends and position DAS Health as a trusted industry thought leader.
  • Negotiation & Issue Resolution – Effectively negotiate contracts, manage client expectations, and resolve concerns to maintain confidence.
  • Pipeline & Forecasting – Utilize CRM tools to manage pipeline, forecast revenue, and ensure accurate reporting.
Requirements:
  • Education & Experience – Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience; 5+ years selling into enterprise organizations, ideally in IT solutions or cybersecurity.
  • Sales Expertise – Proven track record managing full-cycle sales (hunting, prospecting, negotiation, contract execution) with consistent quota attainment and recognition (e.g., President’s Club).
  • Consultative Selling – Experience in solution-based, non-transactional sales within service organizations; ability to sell through storytelling and impactful presentations.
  • Industry Knowledge – Healthcare IT and Technology Managed Services Provider (MSP) experience strongly preferred; strong understanding of networking technologies and industry trends.
  • Communication & Influence – Exceptional written and verbal skills with the ability to build executive relationships, overcome objections, and deliver engaging client presentations.
  • Professional Traits – High energy, self-directed, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical & Tools – Proficiency with CRM systems; relevant certifications (MCP, VSP, VTSP, ITIL) highly preferred.
  • Travel Flexibility – Willingness to travel up to 50% overnight to support client relationships and sales efforts.

  • Work Remotely (unless otherwise specified) with Work from Home Allowance
