The Content Coordinator will be responsible for managing the creation, editing, and publishing of content across various platforms, ensuring it aligns with brand messaging and company goals. They will collaborate with internal teams to execute content strategies, manage editorial calendars, and optimize content for SEO. This role involves tracking content performance, assisting with social media management, and maintaining a content repository to support the marketing team’s objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create, edit, and publish content across various platforms, including blogs, social media, websites, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure that all content aligns with brand guidelines, messaging, and company objectives.
  • Assist in maintaining an editorial calendar to manage content distribution schedules.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of content projects.
  • Manage content workflows, including approvals and revisions, ensuring projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Optimize web content for search engines, using best practices to increase traffic and improve search rankings.
  • Perform keyword research to inform content creation and track SEO performance.
  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to monitor content performance and engagement metrics.
  • Provide regular reports on content effectiveness and suggest improvements based on data.
  • Assist with the creation and scheduling of social media posts, ensuring consistency in tone, messaging, and branding.
  • Engage with audiences on social platforms, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
  • Organize and manage the company’s content library, including photos, graphics, videos, and documents.
  • Ensure all content is properly stored, tagged, and accessible for team use.
  • Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends, audience preferences, and competitors' strategies.
  • Propose new content ideas and formats based on research findings to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Ensure all visual content aligns with the written messaging and overall brand identity.
Requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in content creation, coordination, or a similar role.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization.
  • Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
  • Experience with project management and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track content performance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving trends and technologies in content marketing.
  • Expertise with WordPress, Adobe Creative Cloud, HubSpot.
  • Understanding of marketing principles.
  • Capacity to learn and understand the nuances of the healthcare IT industry.
