Field Services Technician II - Hybrid

The Field Services Technician II (FLSA Non-Exempt role) will provide onsite technical support for a healthcare client in the Lakewood, NJ area and represent DAS Health in a professional and enterprise-level capacity. Key responsibilities include remote break-fix, asset management, technical solutions, and sales investigations.
Hours: Monday - Friday - dayshift
Work Environment: Hybrid - 3 days/on-site, 2 days - remote.
Location: Lakewood, NJ
Responsibilities:
- Update Salesforce and Sharepoint with daily activities.
- Maintain and assist all clients, as needed.
- Undergo ongoing MSP product training, support new products, and become proficient in all aspects.
- Act as a backup for all clients not in their zone.
- Citrix User Support and Administration.
- Other duties, as assigned.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in information science, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of technical experience is required.
- Citrix End user support and administration.
- Availability to travel to local offices, as needed.
- Firm understanding of small/medium business technology and business acumen related to small/medium businesses.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to create comprehensive technology analysis documents, instruction sheets, and process documentation for current and potential programs.
- Ability to facilitate technical meetings and convey technical information to non-technical staff.
- Proactive communicator with all levels of staff and management with the ability to maintain open communication with others.
- Self-motivated with exceptional customer service orientation and dedication to meeting deadlines.
- Excellent organization, time management, and analytical skills.
- Proven history of balancing multiple priorities and the ability to adapt and change focus as deadlines or customer needs shift.
- Embrace accountability and encourage others around them to do the same.
- Excellent time management skills and familiarity with time tracking.
