Project Coordinator - Remote
The Project Coordinator (FLSA exempt role) is responsible for planning, initiating, and overseeing the execution of all elements of implementations and moderately complex projects within the PMO. The Project Coordinator is responsible for triaging and converting all sales orders to projects and assisting implementation specialists in implementation execution. The role is responsible for ensuring all implementations are closed within the Product level SLA and will work with product managers and Implementation Specialists to determine what resources, processes, and other materials will be necessary to complete the project in the desired timeline.
The Project Coordinator is ultimately responsible for the final quality of an implementation project, thus ensuring it's delivered on time and to the client's satisfaction. For this reason, the project coordinator is an integral part of ensuring the DAS Health team is meeting performance and quality assurance benchmarks.
Responsibilities:
- Triages sales orders to projects.
- Manages all DAS Health product Implementations.
- Assist Project Managers in developing project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
- Communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Prepare and distribute project-related reports.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas and meeting minutes.
- Assist in the tracking of project performance and KPIs using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Support the PMO in process improvement initiatives.
- Serves as the communication liaison between clients, implementation specialists, and product managers up to senior management.
- Uses, protects, and discloses patients’ PHI and e-PHI only in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standard.
- Other duties, as assigned.
