Status: Full‑Time, Exempt

The Executive Administrative Assistant provides high‑level administrative, operational, and strategic support to C‑suite and senior executive leadership. This is a high‑trust, high‑visibility role that functions as a proactive partner to executives, not simply an administrative resource.
This position requires prior experience directly supporting C‑suite leaders, exceptional judgment, discretion, and the ability to operate independently in a fast‑paced environment where priorities shift frequently. The successful candidate is confident, polished, highly organized, and comfortable managing complexity with minimal direction.
Executive & Leadership Support
- Provide direct support to C‑suite and senior leaders, including complex calendar management and scheduling across internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate domestic and international executive travel, itineraries, and related logistics
- Prepare meeting agendas, executive‑level presentations, briefing materials, and follow‑up action items
- Act as a primary liaison between executives and internal/external contacts
- Capture notes during meetings and ensure follow‑through on priorities and commitments
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve scheduling, logistical, or administrative challenges
- Plan and coordinate leadership meetings, executive offsites, board meetings, and company events
- Track key deliverables, deadlines, and strategic initiatives to ensure accountability
- Assist with special projects, research, and reporting as needed
- Draft, edit, and manage executive communications, including emails and presentations
- Handle highly confidential business, personnel, and financial information with discretion and professionalism
- Represent executives and DAS Health with polish, diplomacy, and sound judgment
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
- Process expenses, invoices, and administrative documentation
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, IT, vendors, and building management as required
- Support office operations initiatives, including logistics related to office moves or facility needs
- 5+ years of experience directly supporting executives (CEO, CFO, COO, or equivalent)
- Proven ability to manage complex priorities for multiple senior leaders with minimal supervision
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including:
- Outlook (email and complex executive calendar management)
- PowerPoint (creating and refining executive‑level presentations)
- Excel
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
- Executive presence with strong judgment and decision‑making skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
- Experience in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment
- Fully onsite role in Tampa, FL
- Standard business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Occasional after‑hours support may be required based on executive needs
